The first annual Alpaca 30/30 PropCo Summit was an epic 2-night experience just 2 hours away from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan in the Eastern Catskills.

The Alpaca team hand selected 30 PropCo Founders & Operators from the Real Estate Technology ecosystem and 30 Real Asset Allocators as well as industry thought-leaders for two days of meaningful conversations, education and authentic connections.

Design, plan and produce the Inaugural Alpaca 30/30 PropCo Summit in the Eastern Catskills for over 90 guests.

From overflow hotel procurement, guest registration, transportation, food & beverage, group activities, rentals & design - Mint was a full service provider and Getaway’s partner in bringing the Getaway magic to life for the first large group experience at the Eastern Catskills Getaway Outpost.

the results

Two days of meaningful conversations, education and authentic connections with 30 PropCo Founders & Operators from the Real Estate Technology ecosystem and 30 Real Asset allocators.

In a perfect nature getaway, this experience encouraged genuine engagement around the campfire, communal meals and curated wellness experiences.

Attendees were able to experience the power that happens when you remove people from their usual bubble. Where creativity, connection and innovation flows in a way that is often void in ballrooms filled with suit jackets and ties. Their meetings were nestled amongst towering trees and their meals were cooked over an open flame. A forested escape was transformed into a non-traditional meeting space that brought people and ideas together in a whole new way.
